How do I apply for the visa?

Depending of your travel purposes, the length of stay, from where you come and from which part of the country you want to enter you may need a different type of visa.

The Vietnam Electronic Visa (e-Visa) is one of several visa types offered by the Vietnam Immigration Department to foreigners entering the country. Available to nationals of 80 countries. The e-Visa is valid for 30 days and is a single entry visa. It requires three full working days to process.

To apply for an e-Visa, you will need a passport with at least six months of validity remaining, a .jpg format photo of your passport’s data page, a passport photo in .jpg format (4x6cm with a white background and no glasses), your entry and exit dates and points/airports, among other requirements.

Also would be possible to have an extension of the e-visa, but this only can be done in Vietnam.

The Vietnam Visa on Arrival (VOA) is a convenient option for travelers planning a multiple-entry visit or a stay of more than 30 days. To apply for a VOA, you will need to provide a passport photo (4x6cm with a white background and no glasses), a filled-out visa application form, a passport or substitute ID valid for six months from the date you plan to enter Vietnam, and a Letter of Approval from a Vietnamese embassy or consulate if you are picking up your visa at the airport.

If you are unable to reach an embassy or are short on time, We can provide you with a valid Letter of Approval for a fee and manage all your Visa procedures. Once you have your Letter of Approval and other required documents ready, simply bring them to the Visa on Arrival counter at the airport when you land in Vietnam

Vietnam offers visa exemptions to travelers from certain countries for a limited period of time. This means that if you are a citizen of one of these countries and meet the requirements, you can enter Vietnam without a visa for a specified number of days.

The length of stay allowed under the visa exemption varies depending on your country of citizenship. For example, citizens of some countries can stay in Vietnam for up to 15 days without a visa, while others can stay for up to 30 days. If you want to beyond your stay, you should apply for a extension upon your arrival in Vietnam

To be eligible for the visa exemption, you must have a passport with at least six months validity remaining and meet any other requirements set by Vietnamese immigration authorities.
